Our GPR Team The Concrete Scanning Experts

A little over 2 years ago, we decided to start Advanced Radar Technology, Inc. During our years of experience as concrete cutters, we have cored holes through electrical conduits, countless pieces of rebar and even a few post tension cables along the way. For this reason, we saw the value in starting a business that can inexpensively locate these targets in the concrete and eliminate the need for repairs. We have dedicated this page to telling you a little bit about ourselves so that you can get a good look at us before you hire us for your next project. We look forward to meeting you in person.

Clint Perkins

Clint Perkins

Clint, 28, has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. This knowledge combined with his experience as Vice President of Prime Time Concrete Cutting, Inc. have taught him the basic principles behind operating a successful small business. He worked as a concrete cutter for over 3 years before starting Advanced Radar Technology, Inc. During that time, he learned about common building practices and truly understands what information will be helpful to the contractor. He is the primary point of contact for ART because he performs most of our services in the field as well as a good portion of our business related tasks. His wife, Rachel, is the one who takes care of the rest of the office duties. He is certified by Geophysical Survey Systems Inc. as a radar technician.

Michael Perkins

Michael Perkins

Mike, 51, has been cutting concrete for over 30 years. He has as much knowledge as anyone when it comes to core drilling. He is the president of Prime Time Concrete Cutting, Inc. and the assistant estimator and vice president of Advanced Radar Technology, Inc. Even though you will rarely see him on a jobsite, his expertise has proven to be invaluable over the course of the last 2 years. We are the only Father/Son team in Southern California in this industry. Many clients enjoy the ease that comes from setting the work up with just one person and knowing that the scanning and coring will all be taken care of. Just call us and tell us that you need to scan and core some holes and we’ll send Clint out to scan and Mike out to core drill, saving you the time and hassle it takes to deal with the schedules of 2 different companies. Give it a try and we think we can save you money, time and hassle.

GPR Radar

Ground Penetrating Radar

Real-time concrete inspection using radar is the most effective way to locate rebar, pipes, post-tension cables, dowels, and plastic and fiber optic conduits in concrete. This radar inspection can also detect voids within concrete slabs and under concrete slabs.
